I've been listening to songs by Mitchel Musso, he's really quite good, still unpolished, but he can only get better! =D I'm looking foward to his next album.. =) My favourite track on his current album is "The In Crowd", go take a look!
Alright, so tonight for some weird reason, I don't have homework, and I really honestly have asked around for any homework. And its OFFICIAL! I actually don't have homework today!! =D People, please go buy 4D, its so unusual.. hahahaha..
Anyway, because I don't have homework, I was doing some thinking.. (YES I DO THINK, contrary to what some may believe.)
What is it like to have it all?? I mean seriously, what is it like to go to school everyday not worrying about whether you've completed all your homework? Not to have to worry about what people think about you, not to have to worry about your studies, not to have to worry about your life?
I wish the world wasn't so modern actually, like Amanda said, it brings voyeurism to a whole new level. Everyone is watching your next move. Sometimes I think its actually very horrible to be a celebrity, but then again, they have it all. They seem to be able to take the pressure, especially those who DO have it all.
How do you handle that kind of pressure? How long more before they crack? These are the exact kinds of questions we normal people are asking ourselves, and we make bets and guesses on when exactly they will crack. Which actually leads to more attention on them, further speeding up the cracking process. Its a bloody vicious cycle.
And so, in knowing this, why do we still do it? So many people have lost their lives, or at least have had it ruined/wrecked because of this constant attention. Heath Ledger, Michael Jackson, Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, Britney Spears and countless others. How many more do we want to see? Everytime there is a death or a scandal, we say that the person couldn't take the pressure, and we say it as if its a bad thing. We mourn them and yet we don't solve the problem at the root.
Well, you know what, I think I like not having it all. =)
