well, i am 17 years old, aren't i?
ONE Nicole is random, like this section. TWO Even though she's been skinny half her life, she's currently getting fat, due to lack of exercise and her love of cheeeese!! THREE She's totally an Italian food person but loves some Western, Chinese zhi char, XIao Long Bao, American fast food and MIS dishes =)) FOUR Nicole likes music, really. She was so crazy over music she joined the Music Elective Programme which while was torturous, she gained something out of it. FIVE Right now, Nicole is listening to KPop (BigBang and 2NE1) while still going on about boybands, Hilary Duff and random Disney people, and obviously The Jonas Brothers. SIX Nicole is secretly pro-everything, I'm pro human rights, pro gay rights, pro cheese on hotdogs, pro we-shouldn't-have-exams-because-it-kills-trees, yup. Pro everything and pro AT everything. =D SEVEN Nicole loves her cheem sounding CCA - International and Strategic Affairs Council or ISAC for short. EIGHT But Community Service Club will always hold a special place in her heart, the volunteering spirit will always burn within Nicole!! OMG I'M STARTING ON MY COMMITTEE PAPER ALREADY... -.-
This is way way too weird, I'm actually doing ISAC stuffz when I have nothing else to do.. okay well, not exactly nothing else, theres tuition homework and holiday homework but I've more or less given up on holiday homework and tuition is due on saturday, plenty of time.. =)
I'm actually quite unsure how to write a committee paper but well, I guess I'll just play it by ear and just go in guns blazing.. (I really really like that phrase...) Steffi said our mentor might be PAT.. EEKS!! I honestly dunno if she's that bad but I dun wanna find out either.. Granted, whatever interaction I've had with her tells me that she's darn smart and very sharp, whether or not theres a flip side, I dun wanna know..
There's 4 drafts, so I will have time to correct and rectify my mistakes, but for now, I shall just PANIC!! XD Tze Lin's topic is currently Exploitation Of Those Who Sell Their Organs To Developed Countries.. =D Thats really really long and just funny... haha.. Hellos one and all, hehe, this post is hereby dedicated to Alicia Ho, who apparently is so bored at work that she refreshes her facebook page every 10 seconds or something.. PERSEVERE GAL!! I believe you can survive this =)
Just had a very nice lunch with Ms. Ho at MACS =) We talked about all sorts of random things to be honest but still.. after looking forward to eating with her for so long.. the wait was worth it.. =D I'm sorry you're so bored at work.. =/ Lemme know if Stef is bullying you.. =D To give you a bit of background info on her, this particular Ms. Ho or Alicia, is a very smart, pretty, capable and slim woman of 18. =D Guys on the lookout for a prize catch like her, call me =)
On to some other topic, just the other day, my junior, Flora, was asking me about whether it was normal for a girl to start dating at her age.. She's Sec 4.. She was wondering why all her friends were suddenly dating.. and she wondered whether that was normal.. She didn't think that they were very popular and yet they still had boyfriends..
Thats the statement I want to address.. Does it mean you have to be popular to get a boyfriend? I personally don't consider myself popular, but I've had a taste of a relationship before too.. (Just to let you know, seriously no one knows about this.. Like not even my parents or just to give a rough gauge, Der Hui doesn't know either.. Thats how "secret" this is.. =/ ) It lasted about a year before it just died off, I mean, he was a nice guy but seriously, let's face it, LDRs don't usually work out.. -.- We still remain good friends and he still calls me every Christmas.. =)
Back to that statement, do you have to be popular to get a boyfriend? Definitely the popular girls get the guys, its an undeniable fact but how many of those relationships last? Just look to Hollywood for the answer.. On the other hand, I believe its the relationships between the not-so-popular girls and their boyfriends that last, because they really treasure the relationship because it didn't come easily. So guys out there, go for the not-so-popular girls!! XD

So many things have been happening.. its impossible to blog about them all.. thats why I'm kindof dreading blogging now because I know it'll take forever.. so.. this is a blog post about how I don't feel like blogging... o.o
In anycase, some updates which I WILL blog about in more detail later...
1. PMZ aka the WOMAN is now in my class.. XD Status: HAVOC IMPENDING =)
2. I'm actually doing homework!! Surprisingly, I've made up my mind to work hard and so far I'm going through with it.. Let's hope it lasts.. =)
3. I'm CIP rep again... oh well.. it'll be fun as always.. 5C12, you're gonna have the best CIP ever I promise.. =D
4. ISAC stuffz, I'm taking part in the Chancellor's Challenge Shield with Amanda and Elizabeth.. And I need to write committee paper soon.. And affordable healthcare has been changed to Primary Universal Healthcare.. XD Thanks Ms Aw for helping me make up my mind.. =)

Hi guys =)
Haven blogged in a while.. been rather busy at school really.. and its only been three days!! hahaha.. =D Lets see, I've had my first GP, PW, Economics, Maths, Mass PE, Literature lesson and my 2nd Geography lesson. WOW! Thats like really a lot when I look at it this way..
Let's slowly analyse shall we? haha.. GP was quite interesting.. We played games actually! My teacher is Elizabeth Teo, she reminds me of those blur looking people, rather like Ms Tan actually sometimes, but darn she is smart and very very SHARP! She argues rather convincingly too, guess thats why she's a GP teacher huh.. =)
PW was crappish, it was like a lecture of sorts for the whole level.. telling us more about the timeline and whatnot for PW this year. My teacher is gonna be my form 'cher, Ms Ng Tze Fang.. She's a imba CLL teacher who graduated from RJC and Fudan University, hope I communicate with her fine.. =/
Economics was also rather weird, we had a mass lecture too and people were falling asleep and we didn't have the notes on hand.. (which reminds me, all 5c12 people please remember to bring $1 for the economics notes!!)
Maths was actually ok really, apart from the fact that no one knows how to do the homework and that I should be panicking over how I don't remember anything on the REVISION paper... -.-
Mass PE sucks!! We ran and they said Mass PE would be used for conditioning.. wadever that means really.. basically they torture us during Mass PE, very sian lor! Previous batches said Mass PE was slack!! >.<
Oh I like GEOGRAPHY loads.. haha.. you'll probably hear me complain later in the year, but for now I like Geog! I love Mrs Bok, she's really funny and I sit next to Justin in lecture and Jeenise and Sharon are in my tutorial group! WHEE 4LGAY-ers!!! XD

I KNOW I CAN DO IT!! =)) I think I'm really going to love ISAC, I know I'll be missing CSC orientation tmw but thats something I can always do my whole life, ISAC's a little different.. =S I just hope they know how HARD it was for me to choose between CSC and ISAC............
Ah well, thats all for now folks! I'm signing off to go and prep for my ISAC presentation, will prep somemore during the free period tmw.. =) BRING YOUR MONEY TMW!!!!

I OFFICIALLY LOVE BENNU!! XD
Bennu rocks!! At first when I knew I was in the RED house I was like super happy le.. Now after this 5 days of AWESOME orientation.. I am estatic and proud to be in Bennu.. XD
First of all.. I really like my group mates!! B1 all the way!! =D Amanda, Samantha, Sam, Joanna, Si Hui, Jia Min and James, thank you guys for making my 5 days so darn enjoyable! =)
Secondly, our OGLs ROCKED OUR SOCKS LOR!! They so totally made us high.. especially Dorothy. Virginia was really funny and although she was more silent, you could tell she really cared about us and did things for us silently.. THAT DID NOT GO UNNOTICED BY ME.. so.. THANK YOU VIRGINIA!! =)))) Dorothy.. you are really really cute and funny, also very zi hai and crazy.. =P You seriously seriously made us all very very HIGH!! THANK YOU DOROTHY!! =))) I think you guys really really deserve a good rest.. I very pei fu all the OGLs for being able to look as if they had slept 8 hours of sleep every day during the camp! so.. THANK YOU ALL OGLS!! =)))
Thirdly, the OC.. not the tv show but like the Orientation Committee.. I think they really really worked really hard, they all were probably very incredibly tired but they didn't show it!! (except for when I saw Cherie leaning against the wall and sleeping) I'm very very impressed by their dedication lor!! =D This orientation was seriously the best ever, this is why Junior High is not on par!! XD THANK YOU ORIENTATION COMMITTEE!!
Last but not least, I really enjoyed this orientation to the max! These are the memories that I will cherish for life! The bookshop auntie was telling me that she's very impressed by DHS.. cos we hold orientation for every level and really go all out.. we make sure everyone has fun and has the time to get to know each other better.. THESE ARE THE SMALL THINGS THAT MAKE ME PROUD TO BE A DUNMANIAN!! =D
P.S the Mass Dance and the Algorithm Dance is really very fun and PHUNKY!! I'm gonna remember it forever.. =))

MEP was kindof like just relief.. As for Chinese... well... let's put it this way.. Hsin Yao turned to me and asked me how much I got.. I looked at her and said I got an A2.. And she freaked!! XD
She was totally like.. OMG NICOLE YOU GOT AN A2??!! You should take your paper and stick it in Liu Lao Shi's face!!!
